The Game Is Yours

COLLABORATIVE MURAL

The Game Is Yours is a mural created in partnership with Philadelphia Youth Basketball and Mural Arts Philadelphia for the Alan Horwitz “Sixth Man” Center. The work celebrates women's empowerment and youth voice, featuring inspirational figures such as Serena Williams, Angel Reese, Sha'Carri Richardson, Simone Biles, and Dawn Staley. Through interactive workshops, students shared their desire to see themselves reflected in the mural, contributing quotes, role models, and helping to paint the final piece. The work was showcased during a visit by Prince Edward, The Duke of Edinburgh, who toured the center and gained a deeper understanding of the mural and PYB’s programming.
